Srivastava is a writer, researcher and dancer. A graduate in Media and Cultural Studies from TISS Mumbai, she is also a documentary filmmaker and her films have been screened at various festivals in India.

Durga Bai
Durga Bai is a tribal artist from the Gond tradition in Madhya Pradesh, and is gifted with artistic finesse and style. Her figurative works, rich in colours and folding in the intricate patterns, lend themselves perfectly for children’s books. She loves painting folktales and legends and is grateful to her grandmother for telling her so many stories in her childhood.

Geeta Dharmarajan
Geeta Dharmarajan loves writing for children. She received the Padma Shri in 2012 for her work in literature and education. She was also the joint winner of the Business Standard Award for Social Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.
Isha Wadhwa
A postgraduate in English from Delhi University, Wadhwa is passionate about reading and writing and has been teaching children and adults through stories since 2012.

Mamta Nainy
An avid reader, Nainy has a keen interest in art and literature. She loves reading books by Sukumar Ray and Abanindranath Tagore, her all time favourites. Her other musings include failed attempts at drawing, a strong fixation with the river and an uncanny relationship with her pen. It took her a while before she realised that her calling was in fact writing books for children. Mamta Nainy is a children's book editor. She also moonlights as a writer and has a number of books to her credit. She loves travelling but is too lazy to do it, so she makes do with reading.
Partha Sengupta
Graduated from Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata, Sengupta was previously associated with Hindustan Times as an illustrator. He has illustrated a number of books for well known publishing houses such as National Book Trust, Pratham Books and Scholastic India.
S. Anand
S. Anand is the publisher of Navayana. He is the co-author of Bhimayena and has annotated the critical editions of B.R Ambedkar's Annihilation of Caste and Riddles in Hinduism. He coS. llaborated with Venkat Raman Singh Shyam on Finding My Way.
Sonal Gupta Vaswani
Sonal Gupta Vaswani is an artist, illustrator and an animator, based in Mumbai. She has illustrated several books for children for fisher price, karadi tales, UNICEF and Pratham.
Srividya Natarajan
She is known for her book, No Onions Nor Garlic, a comic satire on caste and two graphic novels, A Gardener in the Wasteland and Bhimayana. A student of the great dance master, Kittappa Pillai, she has taught and performed classical dance for over 22 years in India and abroad. Currently she teaches English at King’s University College, University of Western Ontario.
Subba Ghosh
Subba Ghosh is a New Delhi-based painter, illustrator, animator, installation and video artist. He has held several exhibitions of his work in India and abroad.

Subhash Vyam
A Pardhan Gond artist, Vyam has been working with clay since the age of ten. He then went on to make sculptures in wood but gave it up due to lack of buyers for bulky sculptures. Since then, he's been painting on paper and canvas and has illustrated his first book, Bhimayana, along with his wife, Durgabai Vyam.
Taposhi Ghoshal
Taposhi Ghoshal graduated from the College of Art, New Delhi in 1989. She has illustrated several books for children as a freelance illustrator and designer. Presently she is working for many NGO's and leading publishing houses.
Vanshika Goyal
A writer, editor and translator of children’s books, Goyal is passionate about linguistic diversity. She keep exploring and experimenting with vocabularies across North Indian dialects through poetry.
